Each year, we request that parents sign and return this Intent to Return form. This crucial step directly assists our staff in determining seat availability before conducting lottery admissions for the 2024-2025 school year. Your prompt return of this form guarantees your student’s placement and plays a significant role in shaping our school community. Please return it no later than Friday, May 17, 2024. A paper QR code will be sent home with your students on Friday, May 10, 2024.
